Welcome to PRO WATERPROOFING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our waterproofing services in Singapore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services & Site Inspection

We provide professional waterproofing solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Singapore, including roof, bathroom, terrace, balcony, foundation, and basement waterproofing. All initial site inspections and consultations are conducted to assess the visible scope of water leakage or moisture damage prior to issuing a formal quotation.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

• All estimates and quotations are valid for the duration specified on the official quotation document.
• Any additional structural repairs or concealed damages discovered after work commences will be communicated to the client for approval before incurring extra charges.
• Payments must be made according to the schedule and bank payment details stated in your official quotation or invoice.

4. Service Warranty & Workmanship

Standard workmanship warranty applies as stated on your official quotation and invoice. Our warranty covers defects in waterproofing application and workmanship under normal weather and structural conditions. The warranty does not cover damages caused by subsequent third-party renovations, structural building movement, natural disasters, or deliberate misuse.

5. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

The client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area, as well as necessary water and electrical supply required for our equipment during the scheduled working hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our dedicated professionals take every precaution to protect your property, PRO WATERPROOFING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural defects, hidden piping failures unrelated to our scope of work, or indirect consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
